    Originally built in 1886 by W.R. Martin, a prominent attorney in Fort Smith at the time and director of the Chamber of Commerce. The home was then sold to C.N. Geren in 1906, president of Fort Smith Grain & Produce who remodeled the home and added additional living areas. The also home served as the home and office for Dr. Dave Spicer, a Neuro-Kineseologist and chiropractor.
