Move in date is flexible, but need someone by November 1. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished with new furniture and 80-foot flat-screen TV. The complex has amazing amenities: full gym (multiple rooms), rock climbing wall, pool tables, very nice clubhouse, movie theatre, 3 pools with hot tubs, and multiple grills. Great for bbqs and entertaining guests. Apartment complex is walking distance to Southcoast Plaza, Philz Coffee, Starbuck's, and many restaurants and bars. eight one eight six zero five eight one five one is my cell - quickest way to reach me. I prefer a 6-month lease, but this is negotiable. Biggest requirement is be kind, polite, and respectful.
