The complex has amazing amenities: full gym (multiple rooms), rock climbing wall, pool tables, very nice clubhouse, movie theatre, 3 pools with hot tubs, and multiple grills. Great for bbqs and entertaining guests. Apartment complex is walking distance to Southcoast Plaza, Philz Coffee, Starbuck's, and many restaurants and bars. I'd love to rent to someone active who likes sports, but biggest requirement is be nice, considerate, and honest.
