Magnolia Village, a bigger collection of stores, is a 5-minute drive away. A bus stop at 22nd Ave & W Dravus, a 2-minute walk, provides easy access to Seattle Downtown. Guests will have private access to the entire townhome, including the fenced backyard, but no access to the garage. The street where the home is located is quite steep, so exercise caution when driving up. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests should be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. There is a Ring Camera by the front door and driveway. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
