Beautifully renovated Coastal Home redesigned by the owner and his architect Glenn Hettinger, Owner of GDH Architects of Ponte Vedra Beach. 75% frame up Reconstruction performed by General Contractor Michael Reed Enterprises of St Johns County. Construction started in early 2018 with the completion and Certificate of Occupancy being issued on March, 20 2020. Over $1.3m spent rehabbing from the frame up including a new pylon Sea Wall which used helical and deadman anchors buried 15' to 20'. The foundation of the house itself sits on 16 pylons and the bottom floor sits 23' above sea-level.
