We are seeking a one year lease and will also consider month-to-month rentals. Rental includes both the main house and the small detached garage ADU studio (with its own bathroom and kitchenette). There is a driveway with room for multiple parked cars and there are two additional off-street parking spots for the property on the south side. There is also street parking, with generally plenty of parking room on the south side. Tenant pays for desired utilities, including water/sewer, power, internet and waste disposal.
