Longer lease terms can provide stability and are ideal for renters looking to settle in for a while. Rental Fees Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon approval of your application. The amount may vary based on your application and screening results; minimum deposit is equal to one month's rent. Pet Fees (if applicable): Pets are considered on an individual basis. If accepted, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25/month pet rent per pet. Utility Costs All homes are all-electric, meaning you will not need to worry about gas bills.
