I will only set up showings for the house to people who put in a qualifying application. Note: first AND last months rent PLUS security deposit are required to move-in. $1,800 X 3= $5,400. Non-refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet. 2 car detached garage. 2 bedroom house- could be a 3 bedroom house if the tenant decides to use the "dining room" as a bedroom. The kitchen is big enough to use as an "eat-in" kitchen therefore the dining room would not be needed and would make a beautiful master bedroom. Washer and dryer hook ups are in the bathroom. The bathroom is very large, with a whirlpool bathtub and brand new stand up shower with a brand new vanity, and brand new toilet. Bathroom was freshly painted throughout and has brand new flooring. I will not rent to anyone who can not show proof of income, provide legit rental history, and I will not rent to anyone with previous evictions. I do not accept Section8. 12 month lease.
