This 3 bedroom/2bath has no stairs to navigate, and is equipped with electric a/c and heating. Every bedroom has it's own sliding glass doors to access the outside. Festival lighting brightens the outdoor space and a nice shaded canopy provides a comfortable area to enjoy during the day. Our patio heater makes even the coolest of nights comfortable as well. Our kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with all of the cookware, drinkware, utensils and cutlery you need. Two separate seating areas for dining, help space out your crowd, and all of the appliances are full sized to meet your needs. (Child booster or highchair available in Bedroom 3). Any day is more tasty after you fire up your Oklahoma Joe's Grill Propane/Smoker combo. (1st tank of Propane provided). The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is just off the main living. All bedrooms feature memory foam Queen size beds (including the bunks), and high-speed wireless internet is throughout the house. The Master Bedroom features additional space, closets, and a bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a full tub/shower combo. The main living area and all Bedrooms have Smart TVs with streaming apps, and Bedroom 2 has extra play space and a DVD player for the kids in your group. In addition we have a baby gate, fan, monitor system, and pack-n-play if needed. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk that will help you get things done while you're visiting Wilmington. Off street parking space for three vehicles is on-site, as well as remote visitor parking available nearby. (NO street parking). For your outdoor enjoyment, we have some comfy spaces in the sun on your patio or porch, a propane grill/smoker combo, cornhole set, and a large deck box to store your outdoor accessories in. Our Premium Linen Service is an available add-on that includes all bed linens, and a set of four towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each tenant's use, as well as four hand towels/dishcloth sets for the kitchen. Cleaning and laundry services are also available for an additional fee. Utilities included in the rent: trash, water/sewer, basic internet and security system. The tenant shall be responsible for all other utilities. One to three month lease options available. This is an extremely quiet neighborhood, that is subject to strict HOA covenants in place to ensure the enjoyment of the homes by all neighbors. Tenant will be required to read and sign and abide by any and all covenants, restrictions and guidelines as set forth by the HOA. Parking any commercial vehicles, or vehicles that exceed 1 ton of payload capacity is not permitted on the premises. No recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on neighborhood streets or driveways (ie.: boats, travel trailers, RVs, etc.). Trash receptacles must be set at the street on Wednesday evening for Thursday morning retrieval. The trash receptacle must be returned behind the left fence gate by Thursday evening. Linen services may access outdoor owner's closet during business hours, they will not disturb your stay. No illegal activity is permitted on the premises and is grounds for immediate removal and cancellation of the remainder of the booking. The maximum allowed occupancy of the house is 6 residents. In the event of a named storm or wind event, we may secure all interior and exterior furniture, to protect against high water and wind.
