Located on the opposite side of the street from the golf course, the house has a view of the neighborhood pond with coy fish and visiting ducks. HOA trims trees and waters and cuts the grass ($25 water bills year-round vs $150-200+ in the summer elsewhere). Quiet area - Neighbors are a good mix of young, military, and retired.
