The home is available from August 1st, 2025 onwards. The tenant will pay electric and water and I will pay for WiFi and trash. The house is furnished, but I will consider an unfurnished option. If there are a couple of pieces of furniture you want to store in the garage, we can certainly do that as well. The renter should indicate to the owner how many months they would like to book for and a lease will be written up accordingly. If additional months are needed beyond what is initially specified, then the lease will convert to a month to month lease.
