It is extremely convenient to shopping with every kind of store you can imagine within a five minute, 3 mile radius. In fact DeSoto Mall, the big department store enclosed mall for Manatee County, is only a couple of miles away. There are plenty of great restaurants close at hand, and recreational venues abound, and are close at hand. The location is convenient to the beaches (about a fifteen minute drive) as well as a number of golf courses, health clubs, etc. All just a few minutes away. The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished in a lovely 55+ community and has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, living area, dining area, lanai, and eat in kitchen. Everything you need is already there: cookware, linens, towels, dishes and glassware, kitchen utensils and small appliances etc. So all you have to do is pack your cloths and move on in. There is plenty of closet space throughout, and the master bedroom has a walkin closet as well as a seperate dressing area. Your personal parking space is directly in front of the unit. The Condo is equipped with its own on premises washer and dryer so no bothersome trips to the coin laundry. The area of the unit is approximately 1150square feet, plus the sunny and spacious enclosed and furnished lanai in the rear. The unit is immaculate and extremely well maintained. Situated on the ground floor, take only a few steps out of the rear door and you are on the shore of the lake. The view from the unit is beautiful and peaceful. The build is part of Phase III, the most recent Phase of the Bayshore on the Lake community, and is secluded for safty and privicy on the northeast side of the lake, totally removed from the rest of the complex. Building tennants have their own pool, clubhouse, exercise room, workshop, barbaque area etc. which will afford the most pleasant of usage. Most of the residents are year round resident/owners who are gregarious and take pride in the appearance of the property very friendly and caring neighbors. I am certain you will very much enjoy making it your home. The normal off-season rate for like apartments in the building is about $950/1050 per month. However for the right tenant you will only be charged $695.00 per month, a savings of around $300 per month. However, you must be a tenant who is clean, a non smoker with excellent rental history, the ability and history of paying the rent on time, and a genuine respect for the property you are leasing. There are no pets allowed in the complex, and no smoking is allowed in the apartment. As you can see from the rent amount I am serious when I claim to be much more interested in getting a quality tenant than full market price for the unit. If you are such a person you can take advantage of this unique opportunity. If you are an exceptional tenant with no past payment or apartment damage problems, and your bone fides can be verified I would strongly reccommend for you to check out the area and discover for yourself what a wonderful opportunity this is. There is a $1000 security deposit required (due at time of signing) and you must be approved by the Homeowners Association for which there is a $100 application fee.
