The apartment is actually a FURNISHED 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit; however, Aspen Heights were kind enough to 'lock-off' the 2nd bedroom so I could occupy the 1st bed room. So I basically have the entire apartment EXCEPT for the 2nd bedroom. Use of the 2nd bedroom will require additional money as each room is rented individually. I may have to relocate end of January-early February 2018 for work reasons so I have to find someone to takeover my lease starting January 31st through July 31st 2018.
