The apartment is 600 sq feet; has a bedroom, laundry, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. French doors open onto our new deck and back yard (shared space) with territorial views of Lake Washington and the Cascade mountains. We are 4 blocks from the Light Rail, supermarket, cafes, Jefferson Park, and the Beacon Hill library. Two minutes to I-5 and I-90. Located on one of Beacon Hill's prime streets, we have on-street parking. Water, sewer, garbage, gas, electricity, all included. ABSOLUTELY no pets/no smoking/no vaping on premises. There is no need to ask about pets, as we won't make exceptions. Due to Covid we are only offering tours to applicants.
