BEDDING: -Bedroom 1 The first master suite has a king bed, fireplace and a spa-like bathroom with a claw foot tub to relax at the end of a day of sun and fun. -Bedroom 2 The second master suite has a private entrance off the kitchen, king bed, private bathroom with a beautiful sky light that will let the morning sun and ocean breezes through. It has an adjacent room with a twin daybed and trundle. -Bedroom 3 Third bedroom has a queen bed with a private full bath and a crib. -Bedroom 4 Fourth bedroom is equipped with a twin daybed and trundle, a queen sleeper sofa, a built in deck, wet bar and mini fridge, a private bathroom and direct access to the 3rd floor patio where you can soak in the hot tub as you watch the sunset on the Pacific. You will enjoy the short walk to downtown, restaurants, shopping and the famous Huntington Beach pier. Of course the best part of this beach home is that you are just 2 blocks to the sand. It stays very cool this close to the beach. HOUSE RULES: --11:00pm curfew in outdoor areas. --After you reserve we will have you sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules. --You must be 28 years of age. If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation. NO PARTIES: --No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. --No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. --No extra people than the people in your group listed above.
