Fully furnished, functioning office, sunroom with starter kit amenities and beautifully decorated. We have a cot, crib/ pack-n-play and a twin blow-up mattress for additional guests. The home is in a culdesac right across the street from Cooper Park (walking trails, pickleball/ tennis, historical landmarks, community pool, workout station, baseball field, basketball court), right down the road from Twin Lakes Golf Course and very close to downtown Mountain Home and the hospital. There are so many activities to do in the area: thrifting/ antiquing, water activities, hiking trails, dining and much more! Owner pays for cleaning, lawn care, wifi, water/ utilities, trash, etc. There is a non-refundable garage door opener fee of $250 if you choose to use the garage, otherwise, there are four spots in the driveway and additional street parking, if needed. Pets are negotiable for an additional, non-refundable fee.
