We are located in the 300 block of Cascade, and have off-street parking. We have an on-site laundry facility with Maytag washers and dryers. Come live in a safe, quiet apartment and walk to historic downtown. We're sorry, but we don't allow pets and are 'no-smoking' inside the building. The utilities are not included in the rent, but averaged only $59 so far this year. Of course, the utility bills will be higher in winter, lower in summer and the lowest in the fall.
