This apartment is located in a cute Victorian. It's within walking distance to the heart of downtown. The remodeled apartment is located on the 1st floor and is a good example of downtown Victorian, loft living. The living room has very tall ceilings, an ornate radiator, with an extra-large window in an old gold-mining era mansion. You can see many downtown parades from your sofa! The bathroom has a very nice, tall, tiled shower. We're sorry, but we don't allow pets and are 'no-smoking' inside the building. The utilities are not included in the rent, but have averaged $75 so far this year. Of course, the utility bills will be higher in winter, lower in summer and the lowest in the fall... and with the recent increase that Colorado Springs Utilities announced, you can expect it to be more than that. We are located in the 300 block of Cascade, and have off-street parking. We have an on-site laundry facility with Maytag washers and dryers. Very few apartments are closer to the heart of downtown. Come live in a safe, quiet apartment and walk to historic downtown. Utilities not included. We have a no pet policy and no smoking inside the building. The tenant just moved out, and we are getting it ready for our next tenant!
