The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is a good example of downtown Victorian, loft living. We're sorry, but we don't allow pets and are 'no-smoking' inside the building. The utilities are not included in the rent but have averaged $77 so far this year. Of course, the utility bills will be higher in winter, lower in summer and the lowest in the fall..
