Great for preparing a meal or a quick snack, this coastal getaway's well-equipped kitchen is home to a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Owners and guests have exclusive access to a half mile of private, guarded beach with beach chair and umbrella service provided (for a fee). Additionally, there are 12 swimming pools (two indoor), 34 indoor and outdoor tennis courts, world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and two fitness centers including the Freeman Fitness Center (west side) which offers a 25-yard lap and recreational indoor pool as well as a variety of programs for kids and adults including Zumba classes, spin classes and open gym. This is a Saturday to Saturday property. Sea Colony is a beautifully landscaped community with 24-hour security, walking trails, ponds, and community shuttle service. Downtown Bethany Beach is within walking distance and includes quaint shops, outstanding restaurants, convenience and sundries stores and its bandstand with entertainment all summer long. Delaware Seashore State Park is just to the north and Fenwick Island State Park is to the south, both just a 5 minute car ride away.
