Bedroom 2: queen bed, side table, lamp, and closet. Bathroom: Standing shower, toilet, vanity sink, mirror, and shelf. Other Details: - Shared backyard with occupants in the top section of the house. - One parking spot available on property, other parking is street parking. - 4 minute walk to a streamline bus stop. - 10 minute drive from downtown. Property owners live on site in the top section of the house. Owners have a dog on site that uses the shared back yard frequently. Property is located on the west side of town, close to the Yellowstone Ave and Durston Rd intersection. Short-term rental, minimum of 30 days. Utilities included and paid for by owner: Water, Electric, Sewer, Gas, Garbage, Wifi. This is a month-to-month rental with possibility to extend. Willing to do longer term agreements for the right candidate. Policies: - Strictly NO PETS - NO SMOKING - Parking: there is one spot on the property, all other tenant parking is street parking. - Professional type living scenario: quiet hours overnight (10pm-6am weekdays, 12am-7am weekends [limited time exceptions can apply with approval from owners]), no large or crazy parties, no weed or other drugs on property. - Must be okay with owners dog living on property and using the shared backyard space. Tenants are NOT allowed to have pets or animals on property. - Tenants must have renters Insurance. - Tenants must be able to pass a background check. Owner will be in charge of yard maintenance. Tenant will NOT be allowed to renovate or change any structure on the inside or outside of property (movement of furniture is allowed). Tenant may be responsible for sidewalk snow removal at times.
