Newly renovated house with brand new kitchen, new windows, doors, floors, freshly painted, cleaned well and ready to move in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and services provided at the property for the duration the lease term. Water bill is sent to landlord but will be paid by tenant added to the rent.
