We're a LGBT affirming and inclusive household looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate to join our vibrant home just off Division Street & 30th in Southeast Portland. The neighborhood is known for its eclectic mix of restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses an ideal spot for anyone who loves walkability, creativity, and community. THE ROOM -Private, fully furnished bedroom (13' x 11') -Includes a full bed, desk + chair, lamps, rug, and more (see photos!) -$875/month + $100 flat fee for utilities and shared essentials -36 month sublet available immediately -Security deposit required -Utilities include everything you need electricity, water, internet plus we provide household basics like toilet paper, trash bags, dish + hand soap, and cleaning supplies. THE HOUSE -Shared kitchen on main floor with full access to cookware, fridge, etc. -Laundry room in the house with washer and dryer -Easy, free street parking no permit required -Two friendly dogs live here (sorry, we can't accommodate more pets) -We occasionally host guests in our basement Airbnb but if it's free, you're welcome to use the space for visiting friends with a heads-up! -We love movie nights with our projector and have Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime, Peacock, and more VIBE & EXPECTATIONS: -Clean but relaxed we like keeping common spaces tidy and welcoming -Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am unless something special is going on -Respectful communication is key -Renter's insurance is required (usually around $510/month if you don't have it yet) ABOUT US: DK (he/they): a UX designer who loves biking, dancing, and fun lighting setups K (he/him): Jewish biotech sales guy, part-time drag performer and event producer We're both social and creative, but also value personal space and downtime.
