Our cozy, adorable home is a great size for one or two people. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen has all you need to cook beautiful meals. It has one bedroom with two queen size beds. There is a ramp up into the house and the living space is all one level including the washer and dryer. The large shed and a clean, dry basement are available for storage. There is one off-street parking spot for a small car or on-street parking in front of the house. This home is a fully furnished month-to-month lease. All utilities are included: water, garbage, lawn care, electric, gas, internet, and large snow removal. The house has a full kitchen, bath towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, wash clothes, and we provide a limited amount of coffee, toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap and paper towels to get you started. We ask for a $400 refundable deposit. The rent is $1600/month and is due before the 1st of the month.
