Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 nights, with a fee equivalent to the regular cleaning fee. Extended stay cleaning fees of $65 per week apply for stays of 6 or more nights. The property has a no-pets policy, with a $100 fine for violations, and a no-smoking policy, with a $200 fine for violations verified by an ozone machine. A maximum of 4 guests is allowed, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. A $60 initial late fee applies for guests who do not check out by 11 AM, with an additional $30 per hour thereafter. No parties or events are allowed, and guests must notify the host of any issues within 2 hours of check-in. Trash must be placed in the provided receptacle at the back of the property, and a minimum charge of $50 will apply if checkout procedures are not followed.
