The bathroom was completely renovated with the existing bathtub, and sink replaced with walk in shower, new vanity and sink plus a whole new floor and subfloor installed. We estimate the total cost for the main floor renovation was $40,000. We estimate the value of our house including the new enhancements should be at least $195,000 or a bit more.
