Alexandria, Virginia, is a city on the Potomac River, just south of Washington, DC. It's known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. This house is superbly located, being literally a block away from the Metro Station, close to DC (10min drive) and DCA (5min drive). King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
