Background and credit check required for all lease holders and will only be performed after deciding to move forward. This requires a non-refundable fee of $25/applicant. All residents 18 and over must submit for a background check and requires a non-refundable fee of $25/person. Rent includes the following: water, electric, trash, and propane. Pets are welcome, up to (4) total. Section 8/HUD is not accepted. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Lawn care is the responsibility of the tenant.
