Complimentary toiletries are provided. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50. It is less than a minute walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than 1 mile to Kroger Food Market and the downtown Columbus area, less than 1 mile to Ohio State University campus, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall, and offers easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. For your safety, there are two exterior security cameras (one at the front porch, one at the rear door) operating 24/7 and two noise monitors (one in the living room, one in the kitchen) that measure noise levels only. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
