The house is a whopping 6000 square feet with many open common areas - you really must see it to believe how nice and open the floor layout is. This makes the place feel very private even when others are home. It has the look and feel of a classic bed & breakfast, except that the guests are longer term - typically 6 months to a year or more, but never less than 3 months. This way you can know and be comfortable with others in the house. Very nicely furnished and decorated throughout, with 50" flat screen TV in room. There are no overnight guests (for zoning, safety, and the consideration of you and fellow housemates - e.g. you don't worry about strangers in the house at night, and you have privacy, etc.), but daytime guests are just fine. The rent includes utilities, wireless Internet and cable TV service. Room is very nicely furnished with queen-sized bed. Access to kitchen, appliances, dishes, dishwasher/clothes washer/dryer. A/C is installed for you at extra $30/month if desired. Plenty of offstreet parking. The house is professionally cleaned regularly, but you would clean up after yourself out of kindness to the others. Housemates are considerate professional adults.
