The open industrial living space is comprised of exposed steel pipes and beams; and there is a stunning, large bay window placed into the building's south wall. Creative and inventive space saving techniques like wall-implanted appliances and newspaper dispensers as shelves are featured in this unique design. The cleverly designed built-ins, which were created from existing architectural features, jut out of the exterior and allow for maximized internal space. An interior steel ladder connects the living area with the fully insulated loft.
