Our current third roommate is leaving and needs to find a replacement ASAP! You would have your own room, share the bathroom, and have your own parking spot. The house is a cute duplex in the south Eugene hills area, very close to Market of Choice on 29th and Willamette. It has a large living room, dining room, and kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. The living spaces are already furnished (including dishes in the kitchen) and the bedroom could be furnished if you need (the current roommate will not be moving any of his furniture and is currently looking to sell all of it so you could get a bedroom set for a great deal!) There is washer and dryer and covered parking. The rent is 350.00/month plus utilities which currently run about 100.00/person for everything. We are not asking for a deposit but you would have to sign a sublease agreement. The lease runs through August of this year, so there are only 5 months left. After that the landlord is willing to do a month-to-month agreement. We (the roommates) are a couple, and share the master bedroom. We have a small dog so you need to be pet friendly. Additional pets would need to be discussed and approved through our landlord. We both have busy schedules with work and school so the house is usually quiet. We are both easy people to get along with.
