A great place for a patio table and chairs set, it's an extension of the living area. The master bedroom is large and has a big, beautiful master bathroom with double sink vanity, a garden tub, and glass fronted shower. Nice big walk-in closet off the bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 are good sized with large closets and a full bathroom on the hall. We allow some dogs, in general a smaller dog is preferred. We use refundable dog deposits. Sorry, no cats. We have an application and look for about 3 times the rent in net income (with pay reports provided), a good rental reference and we do run a background & credit check. Credit does not have to be perfect, we don't have a score threshold. When your application is approved, we sign the lease and you pay the rental deposit to seal the deal.
