    Condo style, 2 bedroom open floor plan, on 2nd level with in unit washer,dryer and extra space for storage at basement level. My wife has lived here for 7 years, we are now reluctantly moving so she can be closer to her workplace outside the City. It's a nice place in a good area, close to various stores, Chase bank, Planet Fitness, McDonalds, Burger King etc and close to Logan Square, 20 minutes walk to Belmont Blue line or 5 minute bus ride. Being from London, England I had not realized the way it works here is that when you sign a tenancy agreement and leave early you are still required to pay until the end of the agreement arrrgh we are now advertising to hopefully get someone in early, therefore move in date is very flexible. More details of property below; 2nd floor level, high enough to open our (windows and not worry about someone climbing in, our thinking anyways) Good size kitchen with lots of storage area, includes dish washer Good size main bedroom, 2nd bedroom a little smaller in comparison but good size regardless. Central Air, in unit washer and dryer (love this) Expose bricks in large living room with hard wood floor through out Clean, gated property, maintained well by owner Good location with many stores and close to CTA blue line, see map Free parking in surrounding streets always, will need to get parking permit to park on N. Springfield Street, only $25 a year Area is quiet, neighbors in unit are quiet and friendly Move in date can be from May onwards, pretty much flexible on date. Property will be left unfurnished however we do have two new sofas we would like to sell and leave with new tenants if possible at all.
