It's a nice place in a good area, close to various stores, Chase bank, Planet Fitness, McDonalds, Burger King etc and close to Logan Square, 20 minutes walk to Belmont Blue line or 5 minute bus ride. Being from London, England I had not realized the way it works here is that when you sign a tenancy agreement and leave early you are still required to pay until the end of the agreement arrrgh we are now advertising to hopefully get someone in early, therefore move in date is very flexible.
