Shadow Creek apartments has a mix of (48) 1 bedroom apartments and (48) 2 Bedroom apartments. Our opening date is 11/5/2025, but we are offering pre-leasing now. All units have vinyl plank flooring throughout with the exception of carpet in the bedroom. Appliances include fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Soft close drawers and cabinet/cupboard doors. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. ADA units are available as well!
