This is the end unit with a large fenced in yard and patio. Generally I do a one year lease. I am always open to longer terms. Shorter terms would need to be under special circumstances. Deposit is one months rent. There is no smoking in the units. Unfortunately at this time pets are not allowed. Trash is provided by landlord. Renters pay for water, gas and electric.
