PETS: Pet friendly units. An extra $200 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included).
NO SMOKING: Strictly forbidden to smoke inside the unit. It's for your safety and that of the other guests. Evidence of smoking inside the building may result in the non-return of the security deposit or a penalty may be charged.
NOISE: Thoughtfulness is appreciated and expected. Noisy or disorderly conduct or disturbing other residents will not be allowed.
PARKING: One (1) garage assigned to each apartment. (Unless prior arrangements have been made).
GARBAGE: A $75 cleaning fee will be charged once for having excess garbage. Please leave the kitchen, utensils, and the areas of the apartment free of garbage.
TOILET USE: Throw sanitary waste along with toilet paper in the bin. Do not throw the trash/paper towels in the toilet. In case of evidence of misuse of the toilet, the repair work must be paid by the guest without exception.
