I helped build my little house from the ground up, and never wanted to have to sell it. Unfortunately I have to, as I can't commute 1 1/2 hours a day for 9 more years. I simply can't afford that vehicle wise, etc. Perfect little house for simple, comfortable living. The upstairs area is unfinished but can easily be finished for more living space (500 square feet more) We moved here in January, and I've slowly finished some things to make it my home. It still has things that can be finished, but none are essential to enjoy living here. Large backyard which we've enjoyed gardening in, watching birds make a home, and enjoying nature while swinging in the hammock chair. All building materials and everything inside is brand new from Menards, Lowe's, and Home Depot, except the 3 interior doors which are secondhand.
