After reevaluating our situation and letting this sit on the market, we realize we are never going to get back what we put into this home. We understand it’s unrealistic. We are listing the home for what we owe on it. We just want out from underneath it. We are open to a real estate agent however the commission will need to be discussed with the buyer as we are taking a huge loss on this. Beautiful home built in 1911. Home sits on a double lot with a 2 car garage and cottage on the property. Improvements since taking ownership last year- Propane has been run to both homes. Lopi propane heating stoves installed.
