This 3 level home offers a master bedroom with adjoining full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms that share a 3/4 bath that are all located on the second floor. The very spacious 4th bedroom is located on the third floor with a private 3/4 bath and cozy sitting area. There is space in the basement for storage also. A viewing of the property can be arranged after an initial contact and after an application has been submitted and reviewed. Water, sewer, landscaping and snow removal are all included in the rent but all other utilities are the responsibility of the renter. Absolutely no pets, no smoking and only 2 cars will be allowed on the property. These items are non-negotiable. This is a small and quiet complex with condos close together so I am looking for a tenant who will be respectful of that and follow the condo rules.
