Purchaser acknowledges that it is not relying on any statement or representation (other than representations and warranties contained in this Agreement and the other Closing Documents) that has been made or that in the future may be made by Seller or any of Sellers agents, attorneys or representatives concerning the condition of the Property (whether relating to physical conditions, operation, performance, title, or legal matters).
