Built sometime in the 1949 you will enjoy their unique structure and additional character that has been added over time. All have private entrances to beach, and encompass a rare 180 view of the Bay and the surrounding residential city scape. The space: The Lighthouse Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage and is pet friendly. The cottage sleeps 4 guests and includes a pullout couch. There is a private entrance to the beach just a few feet away! Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED- NO WIFI OR CABLE AT THIS PROPERTY- up to 89 day rentals Cleaning fee: $120 Pet Fee: $50 per pet per month Security Deposit: $250 Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot for their suite. House rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Check-in is anytime after 4PM Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors. Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit.
