Kitchen includes a blenders, coffee maker, silverware, tupperware & pots & pan, etc. Dedicated fridge space & a shared seventy inch TV! BBQ Grill outside and a yard with room for big improvements down the road. Lots of cabinet space for you in the kitchen & an in unit washer and dryer. Currently street parking is available. Room is currently & will remain furnished. 1 Room is currently available. Price includes base rent & utilities. Utilities include (SRP, City of Mesa, Cox Internet, house cleaning 2x/month, landscaping 1x/month, & pest control 1x/quarter) QUALIFICATIONS: -Must Submit a Rental App & will perform an independent background and credit check -Must provide proof of income -No past evictions -Non Smoker -Must be clean with a clean background history. -No pets - Refundable Security Deposit REQUIRED ($250) The room is currently available. It's a private bedroom with a shared bathroom between three people. Minimum of 1 month lease and a refundable security deposit of $250. Being this is a shared living space, it is only for individuals or couples. Smokers, felons, addicts or animals are not allowed. Must be comfortable with living with other people. Rent is paid monthly on the 1st or date of your choosing using aZibo, which accepts a few different forms of payment. Rent would be prorated based on move-in date. Next steps. Once I've received the completed application, we will schedule a time to view the house and meet the current roommates. There's a quick interview, will run a credit and criminal background check, and finally verify income. If all is well, I'll schedule a time to walk through the lease and you can move it! All utilities are included. $250 dollar refundable security deposit. No Smoking or illegal drug use allowed. Lease terms are negotiable with a minimum of month to month up to year long leases. Prices remain the same regardless of lease terms. Rent is due on day of selection from tenant. There is a 3 day grace period, however a late fee of $25 dollars per day will be assessed every day there after.
