The property is serene and peaceful and fully fenced (electric gate operated, with your own separate entrance and remotes) for animals to cruise and roam (animals and breeds subject to approval - must be neutered/spayed, current on shots and NOT A PUPPY. This guesthouse features a large bedroom with incredible rolling hill northwest views, a bathroom with an over sized walk in glass tile shower, a beautiful, spacious kitchen and under the stairs storage. There's loads of convenient parking, OR you can pull up under the huge pine tree just outside of the kitchen. There is a curtained alcove that keeps the washer and dryer private and out of sight (washer and dryer provided!). Rent includes ALL utilities (water, electric, trash) except internet. This is STRICTLY a no smoking property - either inside the guesthouse or anywhere on the property. Rental criteria is: 1) No Bankruptcies or foreclosures not discharged 2) Combined income must be 2 times Rent Amount 3) 6 months verifiable employment and rental history verification 4) Good standing credit and Fico Score (minimum considered = 650) 5) No Co-signers/ No Evictions. 6) All Residents 18 and older must submit application. 7) $25.00 per application Fee (Cash or Money order only) Deposit without pets = $2000.
