All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the price, Enjoy the luxury of having no extra monthly bills to worry about. You'll have off street parking available and a small yard, perfect for outdoor relaxation. While the guest house offers plenty of privacy, please be aware that the we reside on-site in the main home. We're friendly, respectful, kind and are looking for the same in a tenant. Ideal for a quiet, responsible tenant. No large or aggressive pets, please. Renters insurance highly suggested Smart lock provided for the front door if any locks are changed by the tenant they must notify the property owner immediately and provide them with a copy of the new key or the new door code home has hardwired speaker system if used by tenant, tenant is responsible for any new damage to any part of the speaker system. Tenant is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. 60 days move-out notice required
