Our home offers, high speed Wifi, coffee maker, USB charging station (to charge multiple devices), Netflix, Disney+, SlingTV, Hulu, antenna tv for local channels, outdoor grill, memory foam mattresses, and premium linens for your comfort. Mostly new and remodeled in 2020 including all new furniture and bedding. Kitchen Our kitchen has a refrigerator. We have an induction stove top, microwave and coffee station (note: no oven). We also have a table that can accommodate 4 people and outside picnic table with grill. Family Room Our family room has a large and comfortable sectional sleeper and a 43" Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Disney+, SlingTV, Hulu, and antenna TV for local channels. Bathroom Our bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and a blow dryer are provided. (please note - no bath tub) Sleeping Areas We have a bedroom with a queen sized bed, lamps, oscillating fan, and TV. We also have a second area in the back corner of the space which has another queen bed. The area is private, quiet and dark but no locking doors. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area that can pop up for additional sleeping arrangements and a Cordaroy's bean bag (bed is inside bean bag and can be pulled out for a full size bed). Please let us know if you plan to use either of these additional sleeping spots as we want to make sure we have all the blankets and pillows needed. Also, we can have set up in advance of your stay if preferred/requested. Patio We have an outdoor patio area with a picnic table, seats 4 comfortably. There's also an outdoor ceiling fan, light and grill. We do not have a washer and dryer available, but there are laundromats near by the property. Guest access There is a driveway that can hold up to 2 cars. Please let us know in advance if you will have more than 2. There is a separate, private guest entrance and you will be provided with your own private (new per stay) code in advance of your trip. Other things to note We are a family of 3 that lives upstairs. You will probably hear us walking around and talking. We will try to be extra quiet during the evening/early morning hours. We also have an overly friendly golden retriever.
