With just over 10,000 people, Grantsville is home to two elementary schools, a Junior High and a High School which creates some real small-town enthusiasm and pride for their sports teams and community as a whole. Grantsville is very self-sufficient with many living necessities in town such as a grocery store, banks, restaurants and other eateries, auto repair locations, hair solons etc., this small town atmosphere, with neighbor helping neighbor, has created a strong sense of community pride which also contributes to a low crime rate.
