There is a bonus back room (4th bedroom?) with a small enclosed back porch ad-on to this mobile home too. This is a drama free place that is under 24hr recorded security surveillance. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Month to month lease, first month rent and deposit due at lease signing. Rent includes water, sewer, trash and internet. We do allow Pets. Dogs welcome but NO CATS or fish tanks that require water per insurance restrictions. Pets are a non refundable fee of $100 per pet. Due upon approval of the pet. Smoking of any kind is to be done OUTSIDE ONLY. Each Unit is allowed 2 vehicles. WE don't allow junk rigs or trailers etc. We DO NOT accept Section 8 at this time. Anyone 18 and over living in the Unit will have to have a back ground and credit check done before final approval.
