The upstairs also includes open common space. Downstairs has a nice and spacious kitchen with lots of cabinets a dishwasher and all other appliances. A living room with a TV and couch. A nice backyard with a lawn and a front porch! You would be subleasing the room, we are hoping for someone to move in with the intention of staying for a while. The lease is up at the end of August if you want to sign onto the lease!
