There are 3 exterior security cameras on each side of the house and at the back door for security purposes. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with sensors inside and outside the house monitoring noise decibels and smoke levels. Violations may result in termination of stay. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in requires guest verification and signing a rental agreement, including a non-refundable $60 damage waiver covering accidental damage during your stay.
