Hello I have a nice place you can rent. The monthly rent I'm asking for is $599 a month before moving in, and another $375 security deposit. This will include heating & air conditioning, water, electricity, tv, wireless internet, microwave, refrigerator and a community pool that's 100 feet away, with the view of the babbling brook on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. On the middle floor has a kitchen with a oven and a refrigerator, a dinning room that's 10ft by 20 ft and a living room that 10 ft by 10ft. The upstairs size room on the 3rd floor is 12 ft by 16.5 ft with a separate room for a bath and shower. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe, private, friendly neat place to live in that overlooks a beautiful babbling brook in the back. I'm renting out part of the 3rd and 2nd floor that will have your own separate room on the 3rd floor. And on the 2nd floor we will share from time to time,but not that often, as we go about our way that has two other rooms, a hall way, a kitchen, and another bathroom. In this townhouse is also a unique sweet female cat who walks around sometimes on the 2nd and 3rd floors to visit me. I can send you a picture of her if you like.
